Who we are

Hudson Automation is run by Daihan Hudson. This policy explains what we collect on hudsonautomation.netlify.app and how we use it. Contact: daihanhudson@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Order form: business name, email, industry, payment choice, what you picked and any notes you add.
• Call request: your name, phone number and best time to call.
• Free mockup request: business name, trade, town or city, current website (if any), your name and an email or phone number.
• Card payments: handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. We receive your name, email, business name and payment status; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type. The site stores two small values in your browser so it doesn’t keep asking you to install it as an app. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare quotes, mockups and your service agreement, deliver and support the services you buy, take payments and keep records the law requires. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Formspree (delivers form submissions to our email)
• Stripe (card payments and billing)
• Netlify (website hosting)
• Google (our email inbox)

For client work, the tools your automation uses (for example a texting or booking platform) process your customers’ data under your own account with them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become orders are deleted within 24 months. Client and payment records are kept as long as you’re a client and then as long as tax and accounting rules require (usually up to 7 years).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing daihanhudson@gmail.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights; we don’t sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, payments run through Stripe, and access to our inbox and accounts is limited to us.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above.
