Fix-Up: fix it instead of starting over
Built your own site, or had one made years ago? If it’s been hacked, is slow, looks outdated or is hard to use on a phone, we can fix it instead of starting over. Start with a Checkup, or pick a Fix-Up plan (it includes the Checkup). Want the fix without monthly care? Fix-Up and Fix-Up Plus are also available as a one-time payment ($400 or $700), with 30 days of support after the fix. Choose one plan.

Checkup, Fix-Up and Fix-Up Plus
Need a new site after all? If the Checkup shows your site is too damaged, or it’s on a platform that can’t be fixed, the $150 Checkup fee comes off a new Website plan. And if you upgrade to a Website plan within 60 days of your Fix-Up, the Fix-Up setup you paid comes off the Website setup. Your Fix-Up care stops when the website upkeep starts, so you never pay for both. On the $0 down plan, the credit comes off what’s left of your setup. One credit per business.

Monthly care plans and one-time fixes
Monthly care covers software and plugin updates, daily backups, uptime checks and security monitoring for your site. A small content update is one change, such as new hours, prices, a photo, a service line, or one blog post you supply. Fix-Up includes 2 a month, done within 2 business days; Fix-Up Plus includes 5 a month, done by the next business day, with same-day fixes if the site is down or the contact form breaks. Unused updates don’t carry over. Bigger changes, new pages or redesigns are quoted separately. The one-time Fix-Up and Fix-Up Plus include the same fixes, paid up front with no monthly care; we support you for 30 days after the fix (questions, and repairing anything our fix didn’t hold), and after that you can add monthly care anytime. Fix-Up works on your existing site. It doesn’t include buying or moving domain names, and we can’t work on hosting you don’t control unless you give us the logins. Your site stays yours.

Can I fix my current site without a monthly plan?
Yes. Fix-Up ($400) and Fix-Up Plus ($700) are also available as a one-time payment, paid up front with no monthly care. You get the full fix plus 30 days of support afterward, and you can add monthly care later if you want it. The $150 Checkup is always a one-time payment.
