Your business details, like your services and hours, plus access to the tools the automation works with, such as your business phone line, invoicing or calendar. After you send the form, we’ll tell you exactly what we need for the one you picked.

We deliver within 14 days from the day we receive your first payment. The clock starts when that payment arrives, and we’ll need the access we ask for (such as logins) promptly. If we’re late, you can cancel in writing and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid, in full.

Your package or plan has one monthly upkeep, shown on its card. It covers ongoing support, updates, and keeping everything in it running. With Automation + AI Voice it also covers the voice service, your phone number and 500 call minutes a month (need more or fewer? we’ll quote it). For websites it covers hosting, updates and small content updates (text, photos, hours, prices, specials): 2 a month within 3 business days on Basic, 5 a month within 2 business days on Standard, or 10 a month by the next business day on Premium. Unused updates don’t carry over. Fix-Up monthly care includes 2 (Fix-Up) or 5 (Fix-Up Plus) small updates a month. New pages, new features or redesigns are quoted separately. If your automation uses an outside texting or booking app, that app’s subscription (if any) is billed to you by that company, and we tell you the cost before setup.

Yes, anytime. You pay only the $400 setup difference, and your monthly becomes $349. On $0 down there’s no lump sum: you pay $40/mo extra for 12 months instead. Missed-call text-back stays on as a backup, so callers who hang up before the AI answers, or call during an outage, still get a text.

Each package is one setup fee and one monthly upkeep for everything in it. The package price lasts as long as you keep the whole package. If you drop a service, the rest go back to their regular prices.

Instead of paying the setup fee today, you pay one higher monthly price for 12 months. That price is your upkeep plus the setup fee spread over 12 months (about 10% more than paying up front, for spreading it out). After 12 payments it drops to the regular upkeep. The plan has a 12-month minimum. You can pay off the rest anytime with no penalty, and the extra 10% is waived for the months you haven’t paid. If you cancel early for your own reasons, you choose: pay off the rest and keep the service (for a website, we hand you the site), or owe nothing more and the service comes down. For a website, that ends the license and the design and code can’t be reused, but your text, photos, logo and domain name stay yours. If we’re late, you still get a full refund.

Yes. Fix-Up ($400) and Fix-Up Plus ($700) are also available as a one-time payment, paid up front with no monthly care. You get the full fix plus 30 days of support afterward, and you can add monthly care later if you want it. The $150 Checkup is always a one-time payment.

Yes. Either of us can end the agreement with written notice, and email (daihanhudson@gmail.com) counts. If you cancel for your own reasons, you keep whatever we’ve delivered and we keep what you’ve paid. On the $0 down plan, if you cancel in the first 12 months you choose: pay off the rest and keep the service (for a website, we hand you the site), or owe nothing more and the service comes down. For a website, that ends the license and the design and code can’t be reused, but your content and domain name stay yours. If we’re late, or we cancel before delivery, you get a full refund.
